Hong Kong ends mask mandate today. And there are still 80% of the people on the streets still wearing masks. The most ridiculous thing is that they just hang the masks under their noses, what\’s the point of that?
And this rule-following thing is in the nature of most Asians. When they are strictly restricted under some rules, they talk about it behind their backs. And when there are suddenly no restrictions, people panic and don\’t know what to do, afraid to enjoy the freedom that comes along with getting rid of something they actually hate, while pretending to be comfortable with the old rules.
Do they hear themselves?
No offense to those who are required to wear masks in their profession or due to their health condition.
I really don\’t want to criticize or judge someone, but it couldn\’t be more ridiculous to hear them talking about their fear of getting covid while they hold their masks in their hands. As for those who take off their masks just because their friends are teasing them, come on, don\’t you have your own thoughts?
Sometimes it really makes me feel so sick to be surrounded by such people. Got any guts?
